Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout. Free weights are incorporated into a standard vinyasa style of yoga. There are modifications and advancements for every workout done to serve the needs of beginners to advanced practitioners. The 60 and 45 min classes are designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles in the body. Cardio is sequenced in as well to increase the heart rate.
