Bart is a certified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience. He is both National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) certified. He has additional certifications in stretch and maternal health.

Sports and physical activity have always been a major part of my life. The journey began as soon as I learned to walk and to this day I find sports as exhilarating as I did when I was a kid. I began my personal training career at the two biggest fitness and health corporations in the country X-Sport fitness for one year followed by eight years at Bally’s Total Fitness). After nine years in the business, I decided to work in a private studio. This experience afforded me the freedom to individualize specific programs for my clients and gave me a true appreciation of how vital exquisite customer service is to our clients. After 12 years of experience, I find that a positive attitude and sense of humor go a long way in a, creating lasting relationships with my clients. Ultimately, this helps me to teach them that both exercising and healthy food habits can positively impact their lives in tremendous ways.
